How to Place an order?

Now your successful order will pass to our Warehouse Operation Department for preparing.

Order and Payment

Please complete the payment within 2 hours after placing the order. In case of timeout, please back to the Cart and repay it. You can check the order history on App after receiving your parcels. In case of any product problems (non-artificial damage, wrong delivery, inferior quality), you can contact us or apply for the refund. One-to-one customer service is available.

Payment methods:

FashionTIY does not have any authority to hold and deal with the payment issue of your credit card or PayPal. Therefore, you should complete payment by yourself. If any issues arise regarding your credit card transaction, please contact your credit card company for assistance. We cannot take any responsibility for any credit card payment issues.

Operation procedures of your order

  1. Our Warehouse Operation Department will take 2-4 business days (depends on your order’s quantity) to handle and prepare your orders.
  2. You can track the order's progress on the FashionTIY app—Account—Orders.
  3. The logistics tracking number will be uploaded once the parcel left.
  4. Your order is being processed and running to you soon!

About Shipping & Priority Shipping Cost Compensation

FashionTIY supports Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping services.

Standard Shipping helps you save shipping cost. Priority Shipping helps you save time.

FashionTIY doesn't offer free shipping service due to we're a multi-category wholesale platform with flexible quantity & prices intervals.

The Promotion discount at "Shopping Cart" page is for Priority Shipping cost compensation. You can enjoy the shipping cost compensation when your total amount reaches each level. The Priority shipping is faster than the Standard shipping.

Duties & Taxes

Your local customs duties and taxes are not included in our services.

When you import some products, it should be charged some custom taxes fees. This depends on your local customs policy. Which you paid with the order is the shipping fee from our warehouse to your destination country.

The value we report to custom, you just need to pay the X% of the reported value as clearance and taxes. Regarding "X%" [how many percent] is also depending on your local customs policy.

No matter as a seller or a buyer, both of us should comply with it.

Size Chart for your reference

Usually, the apparel has 4-6 different sizes such as S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL.

Currently, due to the system function, we only upload 2-3 different sizes with M, L, XL.

If you need "S, XXL, XXXL":

  1. Leave a message at Live Chat, confirm with us the sizes are available or not.
  2. Choose the correct style to place the order, and write a remark of the exact size you need at the end of your order page, we'll send to you accordingly.
